According to a recent notice received from the National Exhibition and Convention Center (referred to as: NECC), due to the exhibition space requirements of the China International Import Expo, the existing venue can no longer meet the development of the China International Import Expo; hence NECC plans to temporarily shut down Hall 1H and 2H from the end of May onwards, for reconstruction to transform these two halls from single story halls to double story exhibition halls.
Since CBME China 2019 is already occupying all the halls in NECC this year, and there are no extra exhibition halls available for us to make any adjustments. In order to ensure the smooth functioning of CBME China as scheduled, after much consideration, we have decided to make the following adjustments to the CBME China exhibition space allocation.
1 Launch a dual-venue exhibition plan – which means, CBME China 2019 will be held at NECC and Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center simultaneously. NECC will be the venue for categories including baby care, children’s wear, baby carriages, car seats, furniture, toys and Licensing Expo China (LEC), and the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center will be the venue for the category of baby food & snacks.
2 To make sure buyers have sufficient time to visit both venues, the exhibition date at NECC will be remain on July 24-26, and the exhibition date at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center will be rescheduled to July 25-27.
Due to the above changes, the overall floor plan of product categories in CBME China 2019 will also be realigned. Click here to view the updated floor plan.
