Hape’s We Care We Share donation campaign has begun helping kids in Nepal and China affected by major earthquakes in the countries’ mountainous regions.
Launched to celebrate Hape’s 30th anniversary, Hape We Care We Share ambassadors visited 150 children from four kindergartens in Kathmandu and the Himalayan Mountains at the end of March. The children from these schools met the Hape ambassadors wearing their best clothes or school uniforms and were overwhelmed to receive their first-ever, very own toys.
A donation ceremony was also held on 28 March in Beijing, where ambassadors donated 100 sets of 30th anniversary building blocks to 40 families with autistic children from Daxing Autistic Rehabilitation centre. They also visited the Beilin Sunshine School in Ningbo where more toys were donated.
