European Union gives new instructions on restrictions to poisonous elements in toys

According to the new toy safety instruction 2009/48/EC, new toy chemical requirements will come into effective on 20th, July 2013. As the date comes closer, many toy enterprises and manufacturers have already seen a big change in new instruction and its newly revised version 2012/7/EU: migration limit from 19 new harmful elements has been added.
