Terms and Conditions
- VALIDIY: Offer is only valid to registered visitors of CBME China 2014! Application from 1 July to 5 July.
- PRIZE: *Translator service is for English to Mandarin translation only.
The free translation service prize is only valid during CBME China event dates and hours (22-24 July 2014). Service time is half day, from 9:00-12:00 in the morning and 13:00-16:00 in the afternoon (the service ends at July 24 am). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
- WINNERS: 10 registered visitors application will be selected every day from 1 July to 5 July 2014. Organizer will announce and inform winners via email on 8 July.* *Please make sure to input the correct email address and mobile number for us to easily reach you. Otherwise the entry will be considered invalid.
- CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Winners need to reply our email to confirm acceptance of the prize by 13 July. Otherwise we will consider it as give up.
- EXTENSION of SERVICE: The free translation service is for three hours only. Any extension of hours/translation service, need to be coursed through frostcoco@langtool.cn. Booking must be made at least 10 days in advance. Cost of extension will be on guest’s account
- CANCELLATION: If you wish not to avail of the service, please inform us before 13 July.
- The final arrangement is subject to discretion CBME China organizer. CBME China organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion.
